      Deltona Health Care is a 120 bed short-term and long-term care facility located at the corner of Providence and Elkcam Boulevard. We offer a wide range of rehabilitative services, skilled nursing services, respite, and long-term care. Our focus is "hands-on" rehabilitation. Our physical and occupational therapy is outcome-oriented, allowing clients to return to the community as quickly as possible. For long-term residents we strive to help them become more enabled as their stay progresses so that they may achieve an optimum level of independence.
